Terms of Use
Last updated: 21 October 2026
1. Who we are
OnceWrote is made by Naveed Abbas, in Pakistan. You can write to us at support@oncewrote.com.
2. What OnceWrote is
OnceWrote is a private app for Windows and Android. You write thoughts, make projects and missions, tick marks, and see what moved each week. It is for your own personal use.
3. Free and full access
OnceWrote has a free version with some limits, and full access with no limits. What is in each is on the Pricing page.
4. Payments
Payments will be handled by an online reseller, named on this page before buying opens.
5. Plans, renewals and cancelling
Monthly and yearly plans renew until you cancel. Lifetime is paid once. You can cancel any time. Your access stays until the end of the period you paid for.
If a plan ends, nothing is deleted. You can still read, edit and delete everything you wrote.
6. Refunds
Ask within 14 days of any payment and you get a full refund. See the Refund policy.
7. Your writing is yours
Everything you write is yours. It is locked with your password on your device. If you lose both your password and your 12 recovery words, nobody can open it, including us. How we handle data is on the Privacy page.
8. Fair use
Use OnceWrote for yourself. Do not copy it, resell it, or change the app to get around its limits.
9. No warranty, and limits of liability
OnceWrote is given as it is. We work hard to make it good, but we cannot promise it will never have a bug or be out of reach for a while. Keep your own backup (the app can export your writing).
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for lost data or for any loss that comes from using OnceWrote. If we are ever responsible, it is only up to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
10. Ending accounts
You can stop using OnceWrote and delete your account any time. See the Delete account page.
We may end an account that breaks these terms, for example if someone copies or resells the app. We will write to you first when we can.
11. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. If we do, we change the date at the top. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app or by email before it starts.
12. Law
These terms follow the laws of Pakistan.
